This map will give you some idea of driving distances, based on motorway / main road conditions. And remember, it’s linear from Windsor to any one other place.
Canterbury, for example is a 2 hour drive each way, using motorways. In practice you may well only manage one other en-route attraction.
This is why, on general tours I do not include Bath, as many of the big coach companies do. I think it is simply too far, and too rushed when combined with Windsor and / or Stonehenge and doesn’t do any of the places justice.
If you would like a private tour that incorporates me transporting you and your luggage to your next hotel or guest house, anywhere within the yellow bordered area is included in the cost of your tour. If you wish to be taken further, I will take you to areas bordered in blue (including Cardiff) but at a supplement of £50 to cover the extra fuel costs. In either case, a £100 supplement is payable to hire a 9-seater (likely if there are 5 or 6 of you with suitcases)
I will be more than happy to discuss your requirements with you, at no obligation. If you have only a vague notion of what you’d like to see, I can work out an itinerary for you. If you have an itinerary in mind, please let me know, and I will be upfront and honest with you as to whether it is practical to do.
I have the final decision on whether your next hotel / B&B falls within the yellow boundary, the blue boundary or outside both.
